Job Title: Sales Manager (After market)
Department: Sales-Spares and Service – Industrial Air Pollution Equipment (Electrostatic Precipitator & Bag filter)
Industries: Cement, Biomass power plants, Coal fired power plants, Sugar, Food & Beverage, Secondary steel, pulp and paper, energy plants
Qualification: Bachelors (Mechanical engineering / Electrical engineering)
Location: Bangkok
Experience: 6-10 years +
Key requirements:
- Should be fluent in Thai language and well versed with English language.
- Product knowledge of Electrostatic Precipitator and Baghouse is of added advantage.
- Experience in Aftermarket sales for minimum 3-5 years.
- Industry experience in component sales / spares and service sales in industries mentioned above.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enquiry generation of spares and services from existing customers and new customers.
- Setting up and following an action plan for meeting the business targets.
- Identifying and implementing special initiatives required for business growth.
- Collaborating with proposal team in India for arranging proposals and with Project managers for successful execution of the order.
- Preparing and sending proposals to customers, follow up for order closure, handling technical and commercial discussions, order closure.
- Attending spare and service review meetings and maintaining a Sales portal database.
- Collaborating with local contractors for services proposals.
- Collaborating with cross functional sales & service team for other product lines of the company for business growth.
- Collect, analyze competitor information and prepare data for improving offerings for business growth.
- Organizing and implementing customer connect programs, product training sessions for customers.
- Identifying prospective companies as dealers, Imparting training to new dealer recruits and customer introductions.
- Developing good business relations with customer and getting repeat business
- Administration & management of dealers
COMPETENCIES FOR THE JOB
- Experience in component sales or After-market (spares and service) sales.
- Product / Application Knowledge of Industrial air pollution control with products like Electrostatic Precipitator & Bagfilter will be an Add on benefit.
