Are you passionate about agriculture and experienced in the agrochemical industry We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Manage distributors, build customer relationships, and expand market coverage.
- Promote agrochemical products through technical activities, demonstrations, and farmer engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide market intelligence.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and registration teams to support product launches and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, Crop Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in agrochemical sales, technical promotion, or marketing, preferably in rice herbicides.
- Strong understanding of Thailand's crop protection market and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluency in Thai, and English (Chinese is a plus).
