Position: Sales Manager
Location: Bangkok District, Thailand
Type: Full-Time, Remote/Hybrid
Role Summary:
Were looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead local growth for our travel business through B2B partnerships with local travel agents, OTAs, influencers, and affiliate networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of B2B resellers in the local travel industry
- Close partnership deals with travel agents, OTAs, influencers, etc.
- Coordinate local partner onboarding and training
- Monitor and report performance metrics (GMV, activations, CAC, etc.)
- Localise and execute co-marketing campaigns with key partners
- Work closely with HQ to relay local insights and adapt offerings
Requirements:
- 13 years minimum in business development, partnerships, or travel tech
- Existing relationships in the local travel sector
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter
- Fluent in English + local language
Compensation:
- Base salary (aligned with local benchmarks)
- Commission on GMV
- President&aposs Club
