Role Description

We seek a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Phuket, Thailand. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth across Thai territories such as Phuket, Krabi, and Khao Lak. The role involves managing sales targets, leading a sales team, conducting market research, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management
• Proven experience in Business Development and Strategic Planning
• Knowledge of Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Experience in the wine or beverage industry is a significant advantage
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Thai or additional languages is a plus
• Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
