Job Summary
The Sales/BD Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, and building strong relationships with B2B clients and hospitality partners (hotels, restaurants, resorts, service operators). This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and hospitality segments.
- Prospect, pitch, and secure new accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing packages.
- Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
2. Key Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for hospitality partners, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
3. Client Solutions & Negotiation
- Understand client requirements and customize solutions/packages to match business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, service delivery) to prepare pitches and solutions.
- Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and agreement sign-offs.
4. Market Research & Insights
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market behaviors within B2B and hospitality sectors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for product/service improvements.
- Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
5. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Develop sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
- Track KPIs, maintain CRM records, and ensure accuracy of client databases.
- Prepare monthly performance updates and strategic sales proposals to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales/business development.
- Strong experience managing hospitality clients (hotels, resorts, restaurants, F&B groups) is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building capability with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Good command of English and Thai.
