Summary:
We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Manager to grow the share of dosing system in Thailand. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with hands-on technical expertise, hunting for new opportunities, supporting customers onsite, and collaborating closely with regional and HQ Teams to deliver robust dispensing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management: Develop and convert a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (Hunter role).
Prospecting: Seek out and qualify new opportunities across key sectors, including electronics, automotive, EV, automation, and general industry.
Technical Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their process needs and translate them into tailored dosing solutions and quotations.
Onsite Support: Provide hands-on setup and troubleshooting, coordinating with Regional/HQ teams as necessary; frequent travel required.
Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the full sales process, from demonstrations and trials to proposals, negotiations, closure, and handover.
Reporting & CRM: Keep CRM records, forecasts, and account plans up to date while providing insights on market trends and competitor activity in dispensing systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application and engineering teams to ensure successful installations and strong customer satisfaction
RequirementsDegree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field with a strong hands-on mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales
Working knowledge of machinery, automation, basic electrical principles, and fluid mechanics.
Able to travel frequently and support after-hours calls if needed.
Experience in automotive, electronics, EV manufacturing, sealant/adhesive, or related capital equipment industries.
