Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a solid background in chemical sales to home appliance and electrical appliance manufacturers. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can grow key accounts, develop new business, and build long-term partnerships with manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge, strategic sales execution, and effective stakeholder management in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage sales activities for chemical products serving home appliance and electrical appliance manufacturing customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term account development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams at customer sites.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within targeted manufacturing segments.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, application, and supply chain teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Qualifications:

    • 510 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably supplying materials to home appliance or electrical appliance manufacturers.
    • Proven experience managing key accounts and engaging directly with manufacturing customers.
    • Strong understanding of industrial chemicals and their applications in manufacturing processes.
    • Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
    • Good command of English (spoken and written).
