Job Description:
- Lead and manage sales activities for chemical products serving home appliance and electrical appliance manufacturing customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term account development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams at customer sites.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within targeted manufacturing segments.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with technical, application, and supply chain teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably supplying materials to home appliance or electrical appliance manufacturers.
- Proven experience managing key accounts and engaging directly with manufacturing customers.
- Strong understanding of industrial chemicals and their applications in manufacturing processes.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
