Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage and expand the customer portfolio, with a primary focus on industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and negotiate with both domestic and international customers.
  • Lead and manage the sales team by setting goals, monitoring performance, and developing team capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends, industry movements, and customer requirements to propose suitable sales strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other related departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze performance results, and present insights to management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Chinese with good communication skills in either English or Thai
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production-related businesses, with strong B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in leading or managing a sales team is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client visits or off-site work as required.
