Job Description

Key Responsibilites

  • Drive parts sales performance and achieve regional revenue targets across assigned markets
  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies, forecasts, and action plans in collaboration with dealer partners
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Expand and manage dealer networks and distribution channels to strengthen market presence
  • Support and guide dealers in inventory planning, marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches
  • Monitor and improve dealer performance and operational effectiveness
  • Lead key account management and coordinate strategic projects across the region
  • Resolve customer and dealer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality
  • Deliver training and capability development programs to enhance dealer performance
  • Oversee and coordinate parts operations, including warehouse and supply chain activities

A Successful Part Manager Should Have

  • Proven experience in parts sales, aftersales, or dealer management, ideally within the construction machinery, heavy equipment, or automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and distribution channels across the Asia Pacific region
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, develop strategies, and achieve commercial targets
  • Hands-on experience in working with dealer networks, key accounts, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to handle challenges and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional environment with multicultural teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with knowledge of ERP/SAP systems being an advantage
