- Plan and manage sales performance in the hardware retail channel
- Monitor and track the sales performance of the team
- Expand the customer base, including retail shops and distributors
- Manage relationships with customers and distributors

- Analyze market trends and competitors in the retail channel
- Control and manage inventory within the sales channel
- Develop and improve the sales team's performance
- Resolve issues with customers and distributors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in retail, construction materials, or hardware store businesses
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitors within the retail channel
- Proven skills in sales planning and performance management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good team management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer programs
