Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for crane and lifting equipment in assigned territories.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in key sectors such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, heavy industries, warehouses, ports, and engineering contractors.
- Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and solution presentation to negotiation and contract closing.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer requirements, equipment usage, and potential upgrade or replacement opportunities.
- Provide guidance on product selection, specifications, and customization options based on customer applications.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design, compliance with safety standards, and feasibility of crane configurations.
- Support customers with technical clarifications during presales and project stages.
- Participate in site visits, feasibility checks, and equipment demonstrations when required.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and new project developments within the lifting equipment market.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to management to support product positioning and market expansion strategies.
- Contribute to the development of sales tools, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate crossfunctionally with operations, service, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and activity reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment, cranes, lifting solutions, or heavy machinery sales.
- Strong technical understanding of cranes, hoists, lifting gear, and related applications is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, projectbased selling, and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple customers, and travel to client sites when require
- Strong commercial mindset with solutionoriented approach
- Technical aptitude and ability to explain engineering concepts clearly
