Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving colocation and data center capacity sales by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts across enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale customers.
This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing complex solution-based sales cycles, and supporting customers in securing data center infrastructure for their mission-critical operations. The position will work closely with technical, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored colocation solutions that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through sales of colocation, rack space, power capacity, and related data center services
Identify and develop new enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale customer opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including IT, infrastructure, and procurement leaders
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure
Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline with forecasting and reporting
Collaborate with engineering, solutions, and operations teams to develop customized infrastructure solutions
Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract structuring
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity within the data center industry
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
Requirements
58+ years of sales experience within data centers, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, or mission-critical environments.
Proven experience selling at least 10MW of colocation capacity
Track record of closing enterprise or large-scale infrastructure deals
Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative sales methodologies
Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers
Professional or native Mandarin speaker

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
Willingness to travel across APAC for client meetings and industry events
