Department: International Sales Team
Report to: Regional Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Penetration:
- Identify and secure new clients (hyperscalers, colocation providers, system integrators, etc.) across Thailand.
- Build partnerships with channel distributors and engineering consultants.
2. Solution Selling:
- Promote Envicool's full portfolio: precision air conditioners, liquid cooling systems, and modular data center solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations tailored to client needs (TCO analysis, energy efficiency metrics).
3. Account Management:
- Maintain relationships with key accounts (e.g., telecom operators, enterprise IT buyers).
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.
4. Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitors and regulatory trends (e.g., Thailand's digital economy initiatives, energy standards).
- Provide actionable insights to HQ for product localization strategies.
Who We Want
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B technical sales, ideally in data center infrastructure/HVAC/industrial equipment.
- Network: Proven track record in Thailand's ICT/enterprise sector. Existing relationships with DC operators is a ++.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English & Thai (written/spoken). Chinese language skill is a ++.
- Ability to translate technical specs (e.g., PUE, cooling capacity) into business value.
- Mindset: Hunter mentality with entrepreneurial spirit. Willing to travel 50%+ within Thailand.
