Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel room revenue through proactive sales activities, account management, and business development. This role will manage corporate, leisure, and/or MICE accounts, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the hotel's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase room revenue and market share.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports as required.
- Work closely with the Revenue, Reservations, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest and client experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality sales role.
- Native or near-native Thai communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the hotel market, corporate accounts, travel agents, or MICE business.
- Well-organized, proactive, and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office experience with hotel sales systems is an advantage.
