Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Based on the overall strategy and goals of the company, organize the development of marketing strategies, development plans, sales plans, and sales plans for the Thailand region.
  • Based on sales targets, submit sales plans and plans, supervise the implementation of the entire sales process, complete sales tasks, and undertake national performance targets.
  • Responsible to generate Die Casting Machine sales in the Thailand,and manage the local sales agent and support them with leading the Corp Resources.
  • Direct engagement with new and existing customers.
  • Responsible to provide no less than quarterly formal reports(including stocking plans, annual sales budgets, and rolling 12 month forecasts) to headquarter.
  • Responsible to ensure costumers satisfaction with our products and services, and help to build loyalty.
  • Responsible to assist in the collection efforts where credit terms have been provided; and should alert the company to any known issues of financial risk with the customer, or potential customer.
  • Conduct a survey on the sales of company products and competitor products in the market, and write a market research report.
  • Develop marketing work guidelines and policies, and provide internal marketing management improvement plans for the company.
  • Participate in exhibitions and provide insights into cost benefit based advertising and promotional activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or above,Thai and English can be used as the working language, familiar with the Thailand die-casting market;
  • At least 2 years Die Casting Machine direct sales experience. At least 2 years experience in a role servicing, operating, supporting, or designing Die casting machine , or auxiliary types of equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, excellent coordination, communication and coordination skills, and excellent negotiation skills; High sense of purpose.
  • Ability to develop and make sales presentations.
  • Ability to collect and analyze market data, and develop sales plans and strategies.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Die Casting Machinery market and competitive landscape.
  • Have a basic understanding of accounting; and a strong ability to understand costs, pricing, and margins to ensure the company's ability to profit from sales activities.
  • Have a strong sense to protect the intellectual property and Brand of Yizumi and Yizumi-HPM; and handle confidential information in a secure way.
  • Ability to make travel plans and arrangements to ensure on time visits to customers.
  • Basic ability to use office automation products such as computers, Microsoft office products, and smart phones etc.
