Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for introducing and selling our digital marketing and CRM solutions to prospective clients, while building strong and long-term relationships with existing clients.

This position is ideal for a person with 3- 5 years in Digital Marketing saleswho is passionate about digital marketing, confident in communication, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you will work with both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote the company's Digital Marketing and CRM solutions to potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
  • Prepare proposals, quotations,and documentation in coordination with internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
  • Update and follow up leads sales pipeline
  • Manage all the inbound leads, maintain CRM and set up the meetings with the team.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets: Pivot table, VLOOKUP up, Data filter.
  • Self-starter, able to define direction for the area they are working on and work independently and be high accountability and able to work within assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the digital marketing field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
