Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of data center electrical equipment (UPS, PDUs, switchgear, transformers, coolingrelated systems).
  • Identify and develop new business with data centers, colocation providers, cloud providers, system integrators, EPCs, and design firms.
  • Manage the full sales process: prospecting, solution coordination, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the data center ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with technical, procurement, and management teams to deliver customerfocused solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure high satisfaction and longterm retention.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitors.
  • Support bidding and tender processes for data center projects.
  • Work with engineering and aftersales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate technical solutions and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-8+ years of sales experience in data center or related upstream/downstream industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or related fields
  • Strong background in electrical equipment sales, especially power systems for data centers.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure standards and project workflows.
  • Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Customeroriented mindset with strong relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and market awareness abilities.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and project support.
