The Job:
- Drive business growth by promoting industrial automation and connectivity solutions, including terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, Industrial Ethernet, signal conditioners, and control cabinet solutions.
- Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities across target industries through market analysis, customer engagement, and competitive intelligence.
- Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, consultants, and end users to generate project opportunities and increase market share.
- Deliver technical presentations and solution-based consultations to customers, providing value-driven recommendations that address application requirements.
- Collaborate closely with distributors and channel partners to drive indirect sales, execute go-to-market strategies, and achieve sales targets.
The Talent
- Degree in Engineering/Automation or technical discipline
- 3 - 5 years sales experience in industrial automation/electrical connectivity/sensor/electronics
