Your Role at a Glance

As our Hospital Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team
• Design and execute strategies to exceed ambitious sales targets
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
• Analyze performance data and recommend smart improvements
• Ensure your team is trained, motivated, and ready to win
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to drive brand success
• Stay ahead of competitor moves and market trends
• Travel as needed to build strong connections across Thailand

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in science or a medical-related field (advanced qualifications in marketing, pharmacy, or related disciplines are a plus)
• 5–10 years experience in key account or sales management within specialty pharmaceuticals, especially women's health
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Business-minded, proactive, and results-focused
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Confident in English (spoken and written)
• Digital savvy and comfortable working with performance metrics
• Own transportation and willingness to travel up-country
