Join our Team as a Sales Manager - Drive Growth in the Field of Analytical Chemistry & Life Sciences!

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager for our Analytical & Life Science team in Thailand. Everlife-Research Instruments, part of Everlife-Chemopharm Group is a private equity backed leading market access and distribution platform of scientific and diagnostics instruments in Southeast Asia. The Group has presence across the region in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia Vietnam and the Philippines.

As our Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team towards success, combining your strategic prowess with your passion for people, products, and progress.

You will play an important role in:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology or related discipline
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
