Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, candidate will be leading the channel partner sales and customer onboarding ecosystem for FASTag Issuance Business. The individual will work in close coordination of NPCI/IHMCL along with internal Ops, IT & SDG teams. An important part of the Digital Payments team, the individual will be responsible for managing the overall business numbers, customer activation and grievances. Below are the detailed responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process of FASTag sourcing via channel partners
- Monitoring channel performance, pushing for daily/monthly sales and reporting to business/channel partners
- Managing day to day operations including customer onboarding and activation.
- Managing ground level operations (handling exception/urgent cases, on demand KYC completion), inventory management with channel partners
- Coordination and liaising with operations team and assist them to solve the customer's complaints and MD escalations by providing required support and documents.
- Managing the compliances, deviations and ensuring the adherence to FASTag SLA guidelines for the overall product.
- Helping CPs to implement compliance as per guidelines of IHMCL, NPCI, RBI etc. and adherence the guidelines with respect to SLAs.
- New channel partners onboarding and scaling.
- Providing regular training on processes and new compliance items
- Sharing inputs in BRD for developments to enhance the product.
- Gathering market inputs and strategies.
Educational Requirement:
Graduate with relevant experience or else MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college
Work Experience Requirement:
- 6-10 years experience post Graduation/MBA
- Prior experience in sales/product/channel Partner Management in FASTag Issuance
- Prior experience of working on digital products/journey in financial services industry will be a bonus
