As part of our rapid expansion in the South, we are seeking ambitious, data-driven Sales Managers to lead high-performing brokerage teams and drive deal flow in key regional markets.
Role Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, supporting deal structuring, and ensuring the success of your assigned team and region. You will work closely with the regional leadership team to implement best practices, streamline the sales pipeline, and uphold the highest client service standards.
Performance Management & Coaching
- Track KPIs such as lead-to-conversion ratios, viewing-to-offer metrics, and revenue per agent
- Conduct regular performance reviews and real-time coaching to improve productivity
- Promote accountability, professional standards, and ownership among your team
Deal Structuring & Closing Support
- Provide tactical guidance to agents during negotiations and offers
- Assist with comparative market analysis (CMA), pricing logic, and deal presentation
- Liaise with legal and admin teams to facilitate a seamless closing process
Strategic Growth & Market Penetration
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new agents in assigned territories
- Identify growth opportunities through data trends and competitor insights
- Support the roll-out of new FazWaz services and lead-generation campaigns
Process & CRM Excellence
- Ensure full utilization of our proprietary CRM (PopDeal) for pipeline accuracy
- Drive adherence to lead stages and proper documentation for reporting
- Champion continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales leadership, real estate brokerage, or business development
- Proven ability to manage and coach high-performing sales teams
- Excellent command of CRM tools and performance analytics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Thai language proficiency
