Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for Performance Chemicals including PU, Textile, and Rubber, located in Bangkok. In this role, you will oversee sales operations to meet business objectives, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth in the performance chemicals sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong knowledge of the chemical industry and relevant market trends
  • Ability to lead a sales team, set goals, and provide effective mentorship
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and create actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in English and Thai; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and adapt to client needs
  • Experience in a sales management role within performance or specialty chemicals is highly preferred
