Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with Thai-speaking agents and buyers throughout Phuket and the rest of Thailand
- Create new contacts and expand Gardens of Eden's network within the Thai-speaking agency community
- Promote Gardens of Eden through marketing channels and networking activities
- Generate and convert leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct property viewings with agents and clients to showcase unique benefits of Gardens of Eden
- Be familiar market trends, property values, and legal requirements
- Guide clients through the buying process
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Thai language
- Must have experience in Real Estate sales
