Job descriptions:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of business products, including hydraulic systems, industrial equipment, heavy industry solutions, and turbine maintenance systems
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to effectively resolve technical and commercial challenges and meet customer expectations
- Formulate and execute effective sales and business development strategies to drive growth and achieve annual targets
- Conduct market research to ensure overall profitability, strengthen the sales network, and expand market coverage
- Analyze market trends, energy sector demand, competitor strategies, and perform SWOT analysis
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, explore new markets, and increase market share
- Oversee and strengthen relationships with key accounts, customers, and suppliers
- Provide after-sales support and collaborate with technical and service teams to resolve on-site issues
- Travel domestically and internationally as required to support service operations and attend meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience in industrial equipment, heavy industry, or turbine/hydraulic systems
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Positive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and growth-oriented mindset
