Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development; short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organization&aposs products in a designated territory by contacting healthcare professional and purchasing person.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, monitor and coordinate the sales activities appropriately
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Manage sales budget through sales team expense and sponsorship budget.
  • Develop good business relationship with customers and KOLs.
  • Develop sales analysis and corrective action plan for issue problem or underperformance base on market situation and information.
  • Drive sales objective and activities base on Marketing strategies
  • Monitor sales team effectively by SFE
  • Engagement with KOLs by in-service and detailing.
  • Establish effective relationship and collaborations with other divisions to address key business issues and drive opportunities
  • Together brainstorming, discussion, find out solution to improve effective operation.
  • Open communication and transparency
  • Maintains sales representative by motivation, counseling, recruiting, retaining and training.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science or Science with Masters Degree in MBA : Marketing would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry.
  • Minimum 1 years experience of Sales Supervisor would be preferable.
  • Strong leadership with interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude CAN DO, high energetic with good team player.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and good follow-up.
  • Be proactive to drive for result.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook).
