Elaborate sales plan for Industrial sector (mainly Oil & Gas and Petrochemical/Chemicals) aiming at development of business and increment of market share to support rapid growth,
Develop detailed Action Plan for sales targets,
Identify business opportunities, incl. following up on new or ongoing projects.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; appointment setting; presentation of company's services: preparation of proposal, follow up and negotiation; obtaining the contract and handover to the operation team
Develop and keep relationships with related authorities of the sector
Put in place and keep high efficiency of a market information and industry intelligence system
Pay regular visits to potential clients and existing clients,
Be responsible for reporting and updating all the opportunities, proposals in Salesforce (CRMtool)
Liaison with other countries, Technical Centers and related Business Lines to get the necessary support
Identify and obtain the new and existing legislation, regulation and standard and codes which may lead to development of our business
Support all the marketing actions (events, fair, workshop) of the sector
Prepare the commercial performance report for management.
Qualifications
High technical education with industry related background, bachelor's degree is a minimum.
Higher education in technical and commercial or management is preferred.
At least 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry, preferably former major oil and gas companies employee.
At least 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development or Key Account in the above industry.
Deep knowledge about the value chain of Oil & Gas industry, from design house, to EPC, to manufacturing, to construction and installation, to commissioning, to in service maintenance, to dismantling.
Good knowledge about issues in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment for Oil & Gas industry sector, has related experience in QA/QC for Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
Good professional background and capability to dialogue with client top management and project manager
Good skill in communication and negotiation
Proficient in office software (MS office, PowerPoint, MS project management)
