About the Company

Our Partner is a premium lifestyle brand recognized for its refined design and exceptional craftsmanship. The company collaborates with discerning customers and design partners across both retail and project channels.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities within the interior design, architecture, real estate, and premium furniture sectors. This role oversees both B2B project sales and retail partnerships, ensuring strong client relationships and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunitiesinterior designers, architects, contractors, property developers, and hospitality groups.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, product presentation, quotation, negotiation, to closing deals.
  • Conduct site visits, design consultations, and provide professional product recommendations.

2. Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage project pipelines including timeline planning, product selections, and order follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, project team) to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

3. Market & Product Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to propose business opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams on promotions, new product launches, and market positioning.
  • Provide feedback on product development based on client requirements and market trends.

4. Team Management (If applicable)

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and weekly sales meetings.
  • Train team on product knowledge, project presentations, and client communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, home dcor, or construction materials.
  • Strong network within interior design, architecture, real estate, or contractor community is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage project timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
