About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about driving business growth, developing sales teams, and scaling IT solution sales in a fast-moving and technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience selling any of these: cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, or other IT solutions, and who enjoys transforming a sales team into a more consultative, value-led sales force.

You will lead a big sales team, covering sales representatives, sales coordinators, and sales support teams. Your mission is to elevate sales performance, expand solution-selling capabilities, and deliver consistent revenue growth across enterprise and commercial clients in Thailand.

  • This role is for Thai national only.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 20+ people, including sales representatives, sales coordinators, and admin teams.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to strengthen consultative selling skills and promote solution-based approaches across IT products and services.
  • Set sales strategies, targets, and KPIs to ensure the team consistently meets revenue goals and market expectations.
  • Engage directly with key accounts when needed, including visiting customers, opening new accounts, resolving complex issues, and supporting deal closures.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product specialists, pre-sales, and service delivery teams to drive integrated go-to-market efforts.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, insights, and performance reports to the General Manager of Sales.

You'll be a great fit if you have:


  • At least 10 years of sales experience with strong exposure to selling IT solutions, cloud technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, or data analytics.
  • Proven experience managing a sales team, ideally a large or diverse sales organisation.
  • Strong leadership, people development, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and build long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in the field.
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
