Role Overview
We are supporting a leading packaging manufacturer in Thailand to hire a Japanese Sales Manager responsible for managing and expanding business with Japanese clients. The role focuses on sales growth, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing Japanese clients in Thailand and the region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the Japanese customer base
- Drive sales growth for packaging products (flexible / consumable packaging)
- Act as the main point of contact between Japanese customers and internal teams (production, technical, and operations)
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Support long-term account strategy and customer retention
Qualifications & Requirements
- Japanese nationality (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in packaging manufacturing (flexible or consumable packaging) is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Business-level English is required
- Thai language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
