Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Ko Samui, with the option for partial remote work. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with local partners and clients, and meeting sales targets. Your work will include developing sales strategies, managing a team, evaluating market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in expanding KOHME's reach and enhancing its presence on the islands.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
  • Team management and/or leadership skills to guide and motivate sales teams
  • Market research and strategy development experience
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the local market and an understanding of its unique needs
  • Proficiency in English and Thai is highly preferred
  • OPTIONAL: Previous experience in the food delivery, tourism, or e-commerce industry is a plus
