About the Role

  • Focus on develop and manage Local OEMs to acquire new business for seating product in Thailand
  • Establish and maintains good relationships with existing and potential new customers including responsible for collecting customers needs and solve problems to exceed customers expectations by aligned with company direction
  • Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time together with driving cost optimization internally and then lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
  • Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, business and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model
  • Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build up
  • Lead on profit improvement for entire organization to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
  • Fluent in English language at business level
  • Minimum of 8 year experience in sales/engineering/purchasing/supply chain in any OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier2 under Thailand Automotive Industry
  • Good knowledge on financial analysis model to support quotation making process.
  • Very strong on negotiation skill and good personality.
  • Able to travel locally in Thailand and aboard to support business needs.

Required Skills

  • Track record of wining key new business award for any part from OEM
  • Deep understanding in Local OEMs development
  • Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
  • Experience with Seating products
  • Working experience in American Tier 1/ Local OEMs
  • Fluent oral English
