About the Role
- Focus on develop and manage Local OEMs to acquire new business for seating product in Thailand
- Establish and maintains good relationships with existing and potential new customers including responsible for collecting customers needs and solve problems to exceed customers expectations by aligned with company direction
- Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time together with driving cost optimization internally and then lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
- Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, business and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model
- Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build up
- Lead on profit improvement for entire organization to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
- Fluent in English language at business level
- Minimum of 8 year experience in sales/engineering/purchasing/supply chain in any OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier2 under Thailand Automotive Industry
- Good knowledge on financial analysis model to support quotation making process.
- Very strong on negotiation skill and good personality.
- Able to travel locally in Thailand and aboard to support business needs.
Required Skills
- Track record of wining key new business award for any part from OEM
- Deep understanding in Local OEMs development
- Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
- Experience with Seating products
- Working experience in American Tier 1/ Local OEMs
- Fluent oral English
