Job Description

  • Implement and execute sales & marketing plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage and optimise key accounts to drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Deliver creative and effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates within company guidelines.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and overall business strategy planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases per IHG standards.
  • Work closely with departments to ensure service quality and billing accuracy.
  • Analyse market trends, business performance, and guest feedback for improvement.
  • Support hotel training, staff development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Kimpton values, IHG Code of Conduct, and safety policies.
  • Attend meetings, plan proactively, and take ownership of personal and team growth.
