Role Description

The Sales Manager - Life Sciences is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the life sciences sector, identifying and developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding GVS's market presence. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of solutions. Regular market analysis and participation in relevant industry events will also be vital aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales drive and a proactive mindset
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management, business development, or client relationship management
  • Solid understanding of the life sciences industry or related fields; experience with consumables is a strong advantage
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and perform effectively in a results-driven environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences or a related field; a higher degree is considered an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events, using a personal vehicle
