Responsibilities
To lead and execute the sales strategy for the companys logistics & supply chain business such as warehouse leasing, logistics & transportation services and others business lines.
Driving sustainable revenue growth and customer acquisition, while aligning commercial operations with the companys long-term strategic direction.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and support business growth across all service lines
Manage, lead, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance, alignment with goals, and professional development.
Identify market opportunities and drive new business development initiatives
Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with product, operations, and finance teams to develop tailored client solutions.
Monitor sales performance, conduct regular forecasting, pipeline reviews, and report to senior leadership.
Represent the company in key negotiations with strategic clients and partners.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related.
810 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or B2B services.
Strong leadership skills with proven success in leading crossfunctional sales.
Strategic thinker with handson experience in deal structuring, pricing strategy, and customer solutioning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in modern digital and analytics tools such as WMS, TMS, ERP for datadriven decision making.
Deep understanding of supply chain risk management, resilience planning and navigating market uncertainties.
