Lead the commercial activities for the business unit in MIST countries through distributors and/or direct sales.
Achieve sales objectives, manage budget, maintain accounts and manage time independently, keep business manager apprised of critical decisions.
Channel management manage and drive relationships with distributors to develop and grow MDx business.
Analyze and report market condition that affect trend, account status, market potential, competitor's strategy and pricing.
Identify and establish the relationship with decision-makers in the local health care system, such as KOLs, molecular experts, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Set plan for the employees, coach them to achieve their goal and help them to be developed.
Inspire the team and operate in a legal and ethical manner ensuring that products and service are marketed in accordance with compliance requirement.
Perform other activities or special projects as assigned by the management and/or in structured by direct manager.

Degree in science, MBA preferrable.

10 years and above experience at diagnostics filed for sales, marketing, customer support or service
Thorough knowledge of laboratory instrument and working process.
Strong Communication and negotiation skills to facilitate implementation of complex technical solutions and must possess independent decision-making skill
