Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Koh Samui. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. The role also involves representing the organization at events and managing a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and client servicing
• Experience in Samui Market
• Experience in market analysis, strategy development, and business development
• Communication, leadership, and team management abilities
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury lifestyle markets is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related sales tools ( e.g. Opera/ Lighthouse etc.)
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Experience and Knowledge in wellness hospitality would be a plus
