Job Responsibilities:
To drive business growth within the data center industry by developing strong client relationships, promoting modular data center solutions and value-added services, and leading sales initiatives in the assigned region. This role requires strong industry knowledge, strategic insight, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the data center or infrastructure solutions industry.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant sales or business development experience (Minimum 5 years management experience)
- Business Development, Sales, Engineering, or Technical Management related to data center or IDC/IT infrastructure industries.
- Strong understanding of modular data centers, M & E systems, and value-added services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Project coordination and stakeholder management
- Market research and strategic analysis
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project timelines (e.g., Gantt charts)
