Lead and manage sales activities for Oil & Fragrance products, ensuring achievement of sales targets and business growth.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and commercial plans to expand market share.
Supervise, coach, and mentor sales executives and representatives to drive high performance and capability development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring within the oil & fragrance industry.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability, pricing competitiveness, and market alignment.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to support decision-making..
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in a trading or distribution business, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of the Oil & Fragrance industry, including market dynamics, product applications, and customer segments (e.g., personal care, home care, fine fragrance).
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
