Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales activities for Oil & Fragrance products, ensuring achievement of sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and commercial plans to expand market share.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor sales executives and representatives to drive high performance and capability development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring within the oil & fragrance industry.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability, pricing competitiveness, and market alignment.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to support decision-making..


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a trading or distribution business, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Oil & Fragrance industry, including market dynamics, product applications, and customer segments (e.g., personal care, home care, fine fragrance).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
