Job Description

Ready to lead sales for a global automotive tire brand in the Thai market

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Thailand — maintaining and expanding key wholesale (B2B) accounts, winning new business, and building toward leading your own sales team in the future.

You'll have admin/sales support behind you and work closely with senior international management. If you're a strong closer with deep tire-industry experience, this is your next move.

Location: Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok (near BTS Ploenchit)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (08:30–17:30)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B wholesale customers and create business opportunities in the Thai market
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key wholesale accounts to support long-term partnerships
  • Support business development and sales growth together with key accounts
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Manage customer needs and resolve operational issues effectively
  • Prepare sales reports, documents, and business data accurately and on time
  • Conduct market and competitor research to assess business opportunities
  • Visit customers to present products, follow up on opportunities, and support sales activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tire sales
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Able to travel internationally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Own a car and hold a valid driving license
  • Native-level Thai fluency; this is a local hire based in Bangkok (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided)

  • Base salary THB 80,000–90,000/month, plus performance-based incentive (up to 20% of base)
