Purpose of The Position
- Provide sales leadership for developing existing and new market sales
related to CxRx business in OTC channel.
- Lead and support our highly driven team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (OTC) who will be focused on calling on Independent pharmacy and Wholesales pharmacy.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Develop & implement business strategies & action plans for the assigned territories to achieve the sales target
- Assign target for each assigned employees feasibly & reasonably based on the potential territories& resources
- Work strategically with the pharmacy team to drive sales results and educate pharmacies (both independent and chains) towards stocking and increase usage of the company's range of dry eye products
- Conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends
- Monitor the performance of distributor within the area
- Propose sales promotion plan/schemes to the sales head and successfully implement sales support activities to generate and close new leads Implement contact management strategies and regular meetings with distributors
- Provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management
- Analyze the territory, market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization
- Provide regular reporting of sales results, individual performance, and sales forecast to his/her supervisor
- Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas
- Lead, motivate, coach sales team
- Attend weekly staff meetings to recap on product performance, new products
Job Qualifications/ Skills needed
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any other related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Drugstore channel in Consumer Health business or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with chain drug stores or convenience stores or super/hyper market channels, trade marketing experience is required
- Proven track records of sales achievement
- A strong sense of ownership and winning mindset
- Result-oriented with strong planning skill, analytical skill, and strategic thinking skill
- A self-motivated, highly dynamic, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Good level in English for communication (Listening, Speaking, Writing and Presentation)
