Sales Manager (Packaging/Printing Machine)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the flexible packaging and labels industry.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and customer engagement through proposal, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the packaging and related manufacturing industries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent business growth.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve profitable business.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure effective project execution and after-sales support.
• Participate in relevant exhibitions, trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market information to management.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven B2B sales experience in Flexible Packaging, Labels, Printing, Packaging Machinery, Converting Machinery, or related industrial solutions.
• Strong experience in new business development and key account management.
• Good understanding of the packaging/converting market and customer requirements.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English.
• Able to travel for customer visits as required.
