Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the traditional trade channel
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of sales teams or channel partners
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Negotiate trading terms and promotional activities with trade partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience intraditional trade sales(FMCG, consumer goods, home appliance, tools or related industry preferred)
  • Strong experience inchannel management(distributors/dealers)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, hands-on, and result-oriented
