Job Description

The Role:

We are building Pixeldust's sales function from the ground up, and this is the first dedicated

seat. You will own the full sales motion: identify target accounts, build the pipeline from scratch,

run outreach, lead discovery, drive proofs-of-concept, and close enterprise deals — selling

directly to CTOs, CDOs, and other CXOs.

This is a hunter role. There is no inbound machine to lean on and no ready-made list to work.

You build it. If you need detailed instructions to know what to do on day one, this is not the

seat.

What You'll Sell:

Pixeldust's full portfolio to enterprise and mid-market companies in India:

  • Nova — our agentic AI layer on top of ERPNext (HR, Finance, Inventory, Sales modules).
  • Orbit — managed agentic services for targeted use cases.
  • Services — Product Design, Product Development, Data Engineering, ERPNext / ERP

Solutions, and AI Engineering (AI strategy, AI apps, AI agents, domain-specific AI).

You'll sell behind real proof: P&G, Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, Starbucks, T-Systems, Paytm,

Ecom Express, Sony Music, IiAS, and others — backed by ISO 27001, Google Cloud, Snowflake,

and Frappe partnerships.

Primary ICP: CTO / CDO / CXO at manufacturing and industrial companies (50+ employees) in

India.

Secondary: BFSI.

What You'll Do:

  • Build target-account lists and buyer maps from scratch — no spray-and-pray.
  • Run multi-channel outbound (email-led, LinkedIn, events) with high personalization.
  • Qualify hard, run discovery, and translate business pain into a Pixeldust offer.
  • Drive POCs through to signed, paying logos and set up expansion.
  • Stand up the basic sales system: CRM hygiene, sequences, pipeline tracking, deal reviews.
  • Work alongside the founder and founding team; bring structure to a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Who You Are:

  • You build pipeline from scratch. You've personally generated qualified enterprise pipeline

from a cold start, not just worked leads handed to you.

  • You sell to executives. You can hold a real conversation with — and close — a CXO.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. Let's go after manufacturing becomes a target list,

research, meetings, and deadlines without anyone holding your hand.

  • You can push back. When the founder wants to chase ten things at once, you can focus

the effort without being intimidated. You protect the pipeline.

  • You think in systems. When something is messy, you build the SOP, the checklist, the

tracker.

  • You get things done without being asked twice. The fastest way to lose this seat is I know

you asked, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

  • You use AI to move faster — with your own brain behind it. We expect you to use AI tools.

We can tell when there is nothing underneath them. The judgment has to be yours.

What This Role Is NOT:

  • Not a demand-gen / marketing-ops seat waiting for leads to arrive.
  • Not a single-product seat — you carry the full Pixeldust portfolio.
  • Not remote-first (see non-negotiables).

Non-Negotiables:

  • In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Mumbai). We are setting things up and momentum comes from sitting together. This is firm.
  • A demonstrable track record of self-sourced enterprise pipeline.
  • Ability and comfort selling at the CXO level.

Nice to Have:

  • An existing network in manufacturing / industrial or BFSI.
  • Background selling ERP, SaaS, IT services, or AI / data products.
  • Fluency with outbound and CRM tooling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Lusha,
  • HubSpot or similar).
  • A degree in business or a related field, or an MBA — a plus, not a requirement. Track record beats credentials here.
