Position Summary
In the position of Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our plastic machine commercial effort, executing the business strategic plan, and driving revenue growth across Southeast Asia (SEA) region and South Korea.
Work You'll Do
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and leads across the Southeast Asia region and South Korea, in consultation with the BU management.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients through direct engagement and effective communication channels.
- Provide customized products, services, and solutions that align with customer requirements and business needs.
- Develop and implement business development and long-cycle sales strategies to expand the customer base, particularly within the plastics and recycling industries.
- Prepare and deliver sales bids, proposals, and product presentations to prospective customers.
- Organize, manage, and participate in sales exhibitions and seminars to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
Team
You will be part of the Sales & Relationship Management Department, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the overall business strategy and drive growth within the plastics market across the SEA region.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business administration, or other related fields.
- Having 4-10 years of work experience as a Sales Manager in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to travel across countries in the SEA region to explore markets and strengthen the client relationship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience as Sales Manager from engineering or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Technical background or a strong willingness to learn and understand technical and mechanical aspects is preferred.
- Demonstrated confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
