Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote POS solutions to retail, food & beverage, and hospitality businesses.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including presentations, proposals, demos, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and system integrators (SI).
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Report sales performance, pipeline development, and forecasting to senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in POS systems, retail software, hardware solutions, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network in retail chains, QSR, supermarkets, or system integrators is highly preferred.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and a strong professional network.
