Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Project) to lead and drive project sales growth within the real estate developer and dealer segments. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, overseeing project pipelines, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key real estate developers and dealers
  • Manage pricing strategies to increase market penetration while balancing profitability
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, dealers, and key influencers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Ensure excellent customer service, timely delivery, and issue resolution

3. Demand Generation & Market Expansion

  • Develop innovative demand generation strategies to expand market presence
  • Identify new project opportunities via project databases and market scouting
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and influencer engagement activities

4. Project & Cross-Functional Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end project sales process
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and material delivery

5. Product Presentation & Technical Knowledge

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to developers
  • Clearly communicate Conwood's value proposition and differentiation
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and market positioning

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Project Sales Executives
  • Drive performance management and talent development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager
  • 35 years background in sales, marketing, customer service, or project management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Leadership mindset with strong coaching and team management skills
  • Customer-centric approach with strong commercial capability
