Position : Domestic Sales Manager (Traditional Trade)

Location : Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Salary : 100,000 THB (Maximum)
Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement domestic sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Identify new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the domestic sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic customers, including supermarkets, distributors, and hospitality groups.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track sales performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Analyze market and sales data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with marketing to develop campaigns tailored to domestic food market audiences.
Work with operations and supply chain to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
