A leading foodingredient manufacturer specialising in savoury taste solutions, producing dry and concentrated flavour products, seasonings, and condiments for industrial food applications. The business focuses on authentic savoury profiles-such as bouillon, meat, fish, chicken, vegetable, and umami-created through traditional slowcooking and roasting processes. It operates a regional production site, application center, and sales office in Thailand, serving customers across Asia and global markets.

Job Description

  • Assess market potential, trends, opportunities, segmentation and competitive landscape across relevant categories.
  • Set sales targets and manage sales analysis, reporting, and budgeting activities.
  • Maintain and grow business by building a strong project pipeline and developing new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular business and market activity reports while coordinating closely with Product Management on market research and intelligence.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development plans for Indonesia, including new product launches and local market initiatives.
  • Lead coordination with the Technical Application Centre for promotions, seminars, trade shows, customer visits, and technical training.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial operations including forecasting, orders, import/export coordination, distributor management, claims handling, receivables supervision, and customer relationship development.

The Successful Applicant


  • Educational background in Food Science, BBA/MBA, Commercial.
  • Work Experience 10 years in sales & marketing experience, technical sales or application experience from food ingredients, seasoning, flavour preferably in savoury.
  • Experience in B2B direct sale, market intelligence, business development, operational distribution network management with strong connection with local food manufactures.
  • Curious, agile, team player, flexible, logical, presentation & negotiation skill, ambitious.
  • Strong character - result driven, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
  • Good English communication.
